Terms and Conditions
	Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the Online Profits affiliate program. By signing up you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions. 1. Affiliate Payout The current commission structure is a flat fee payment of $20 per referred member. Commissions will be paid 60 days after they are made, provided that the referred member is still active at that time. 2. Prohibited Practices Online Profits does not allow spam by affiliates. This includes, but is not limited to, spam via email, instant messaging, ICQ, chat rooms, message boards, online forums and any type of unsolicited advertising. Any affiliate found to be involved in any of these type of activities will be terminated and shall expect no affiliate payment compensation. Any affiliate whose site promotes or contains content pertaining to Warez, Bestiality, Rape, Child Pornography, acts of violence, or other illegal content will have their accounts terminated immediately. Sites that promote illegal activity, terrorism, anti-government activity or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, sexual orientation or physical disability are not permitted to participate in our affiliate program. 3. Refunds Affiliates will not receive a commission from customers that request a refund for any reason. 4. Indemnification The affiliate agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Online Profits and its employees for any and all losses, costs, liabilities or expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' and expert witnesses' fees) incurred or arising from the activities connected with our affiliate program. 5. Changes Online Profits reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions at any time and without notice. Any changes will be updated on the website, and affiliates will have 7 days to object.
